Coolers

SECAN has been manufacturing plates for grate coolers for the last 15 years. This experience and knowledge has enabled the company to implement various innovations, both metallurgical (materials) and in the design of the grates of the coolers, in order to increase the service life of the plates and improve their performance.

Clinker Hammers

SECAN offers high-performance alloys using steels that combine an austenite matrix that absorbs heavy impacts, with a martensite structure on the contact surface providing good hardness and wear resistance properties.

SECAN has been manufacturing plates for grate coolers for the last 15 years.

Pre-Heater

From pit to raw grinding, to preheater, kiln, and finish grinding, Secancast manufactures a full range of replacement parts for cement production. For example, we make large carbon steel mounting frames for roller mills; heat resistant steel preheater and kiln parts; and chrome-moly steel impact resistant parts for hammermills. We also offer parts for quarries and raw grinding.

Damper

Secan manufactures Damper Castings for pre heaters.
Damper Castings are Produced in high-performance steel alloys and in various sizes depending on their application, they are easy to fit and replace on site, and offer a safe, reliable response.

Flap

For preheaters based on cyclone technology, Secan manufactures flap Castings.

Dip Tubes

Within the integral cement manufacturing process, SECAN manufactures and designs steel components for preheater installations based on cyclone technology.

Kiln

Components in steel alloys for rotary kilns for the calcinating of raw cement: inlet segments and nose ring segments.

Inlet And Nose-Ring Segments

The good operational functioning of a calcination kiln is determined by the good maintenance of the inlet segments at the mouth of the rotary kiln and by the nose ring segments at the outlet.
